Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent, 10+ years of experience in hardware design, development, and deployment at scale, 5+ years of experience managing multi-discipline hardware development teams, Proven track record managing multiple concurrent programs and development teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment, Hands-on technical background in system-level design, analysis, and operations, Experience partnering with product management, program management, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions, Demonstrated ownership and delivery of results in a dynamic environment with competing priorities

We are seeking experienced Thermal/Mechanical Engineers to build the next generation of our cloud platforms. What you will do: As a member of the Hardware Engineering Mechanical/Thermal/Robotics (MTR) Engineering team you’ll be responsible for the design of our server platforms. You’ll provide leadership in the application of new cooling and mechanical technologies to large scale server deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience. This is a fast-paced, challenging position, and you’ll work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas.
