Full Job Description

Every customer has a dedicated team of engineers who take end-to-end responsibility for their mission-critical platforms and applications. For one of our dedicated customer teams, we are looking for a Cloud Engineer AWS to design, build, and maintain the backbone of our services: the AWS landing zone. Your Role As a Cloud Engineer AWS, you are responsible for the cloud infrastructure that powers the tools and services for our clients. You will manage the entire lifecycle of one or more landing zones—both our in-house platforms and client-specific environments—ensuring they are secure, scalable, and highly available. Your focus will be on modern cloud-native technologies, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation to drive efficiency and reliability. You will be a key enabler for your team members, providing them with a stable and advanced platform so they can focus on delivering value to the client. This is a hands-on role where you will not only maintain the current environment but also actively shape its future by implementing new services and adopting the latest AWS innovations. How you add value Design, build, and manage AWS landing zones using modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, with a strong focus on AWS CDK and CloudFormation. Manage and operate containerized applications and services using AWS Fargate and other AWS container services (e.g., EKS), ensuring robust and scalable deployments. Automate operational tasks, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Ensure the stability and performance of the platform through proactive monitoring, logging, and incident management.
