What You'll Do.

Work across a broad range of enterprise and government customer environments
and maintain secure and scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and related technologies
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 operational support across ICT systems and services
Troubleshoot and manage technologies
and changes in line with ITIL practices
Own technical issues end-to-end from investigation through to resolution while maintaining clear stakeholder communication
environment uplift activities
and operational improvement initiatives
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code solutions using Terraform
and maintain system availability
