What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years Cloud or IT service experience, Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, Solid understanding of Cloud platforms, Solid understanding of related compliance/security standards, Experience with knowledge base management, Experience with documentation, Experience with ITSM tools
Nice to Have
Azure experience preferred, AWS experience preferred, ServiceNow experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Respond to Cloud Inquiries
Coordinate Service Request Communication
Manage communication around Cloud service requests
Provide stakeholders with timely updates
Ensure visibility of SLAs
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration
Enable clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
Improve Knowledge Base Repository Content
Update and refine the AI-driven knowledge repository
Enhance Search and Content Discoverability
Optimize search functionality
Ensure content can be easily found
Ensure Compliance and Security
Maintain compliance and security standards
Standardize Cloud Engagement resources and processes
Create and maintain high-quality
Create User Manuals and Training Materials

Produce guides and training content
Implement Feedback Mechanisms
Collect insights from stakeholders
Support Training and Adoption
Assist in training initiatives
Promote best practices
Help users adopt new tools
Maintain Domain Awareness
