What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 4 years of experience in a DevOps role, Experienced Full Stack developer on a DevOps team, Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, scripting and automation skills (e. g. , Python, Bash, PowerShell), knowledge of version control systems, especially Git, Design client-side and server-side architecture, Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications, Familiarity with agile software development methodologies, Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI, or similar, Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet, Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as ELK or Prometheus, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach, Demonstrated ability to succeed in a matrixed environment and to influence adoption of new thinking and technology, learning agility, Exhibit a positive work approach, with high productivity and a collaborative spirit, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and attention to detail, Experienced in working with managed service providers

Familiarity with Pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, infrastructure qualification and validation of applications, AWS professional certification
What You'll Do.
Execute Application Re-platforming & Refactoring
modify scalable software
Document CI/CD processes
Implement automated testing in CI/CD pipeline
Set up dashboards and alerts for system health
and alerting solutions
Establish branching strategies and best practices
Assist in troubleshooting deployment issues
Fix bugs or other coding issues
Maintain systems supporting development
Utilize automated processes for quality and stability
Support DevOps delivery model
Identify and implement improvements to DevOps practices
Evaluate effectiveness of hosted applications
requests and implement changes
Serve as escalation point for application issues
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Ensure applications have appropriate run support model
Work with Cyber Security team for security
Support tech debt management by maintaining tech stack
