First Orion is seeking a highly skilled Cloud & DevOps Engineer to support our fast-growing, Branded Calling platform within the Infrastructure Technology and Cloud Services & Automation teams. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys building, automating, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure at scale. You will partner closely with product teams, developers, and leadership to ensure the Branded Calling platform remains secure, reliable, cost-effective, and continuously improving. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about automation, cloud architecture, and operational excellence — a self-starter who can both build and support modern infrastructure. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS * Support cloud-based infrastructure by troubleshooting and solving complex issues across multi-tenant, multi-account environments * Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy * Execute software releases and deployments across environments * Maintain development and testing infrastructure, including installation of systems, patches, backups, upgrades, and security * Work with developers and participate in the development lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery and operational readiness * Implement monitoring, observability, and operational guides for production support * Ensure internal teams supporting the Branded Calling platform follow best practices in architecture, security, and cost optimization * Continuously iterate and improve systems, tooling, and automation * Participate in an on-call rotation for system support * Architect, configure, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure, including containerized workloads (Docker, ECS) * Configure infrastructure to comply with security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/27002 * Collaborate with internal teams to identify, recommend, and
