Above all, Employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Southwest Customer. **Job Description:** As a Cloud DevOps Engineer Global supporting the Agentic AI – ETO Support Pod, you’ll help design, build, and operate the cloud platforms that host intelligent AI agents for enterprise and back‑office Technology Teams. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and cost‑effective AWS‑native infrastructure that supports LLM and agentic workloads in real production environments. You’ll work hands‑on with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, container platforms, and observability tooling while partnering closely with Application, Security, and Architecture Teams to create reusable cloud patterns that Teams can rely on. In this role, you’ll help establish DevOps, reliability, and FinOps standards for a growing pod—balancing performance, resilience, and cost for non‑deterministic AI systems. This role offers the opportunity to build deep cloud and DevOps expertise while contributing to agentic platforms that simplify complex internal workflows and support Southwest Teams at scale. Responsibilities * Operate in a DevOps culture and team, responsible for architecture, design, development, implementation, and ongoing operations of new and emerging technology platforms * Implement automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD) * Lead the design, development, and evolution of cloud infrastructure * Establish and/or follow procedures and standards to ensure high quality and quantity of work * Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work and has a sense of urgency
