Must Have
Intermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in Cloud software or DevOps, 2-5 years of relevant work-related experience, 3+ years in AWS hands-on—EKS/ECS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, 2+ years in IaC—Terraform or CloudFormation, 3+ years in CI/CD pipelines—Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, 2+ years in Containers—Docker + Kubernetes, 2+ years in Observability & incident response—logs, metrics, traces
Nice to Have
Deploying LLM/agentic workloads (Bedrock, SageMaker), GPU infrastructure, FinOps for AI workloads, Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), SRE practices—SLOs, error budgets

This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and cost‑effective AWS‑native infrastructure that supports LLM and agentic workloads in real production environments. You’ll work hands‑on with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, container platforms, and observability tooling while partnering closely with Application, Security, and Architecture Teams to create reusable cloud patterns that Teams can rely on. In this role, you’ll help establish DevOps, reliability, and FinOps standards for a growing pod—balancing performance, resilience, and cost for non‑deterministic AI systems. This role offers the opportunity to build deep cloud and DevOps expertise while contributing to agentic platforms that simplify complex internal workflows and support Southwest Teams at scale.
