hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server ecosystem, Advanced knowledge of SQL and T-SQL programming, Solid experience in SQL Server Database Administration, Hands-on expertise in Backup and Restore, Hands-on expertise in High Availability, Hands-on expertise in AlwaysOn Availability Groups troubleshooting, Hands-on expertise in Database performance tuning and optimization, Root cause analysis experience with SQL Server Replication: Transactional Replication (mandatory), Root cause analysis experience with SQL Server Replication: Merge Replication (mandatory), Experience supporting and troubleshooting SSIS packages and ETL processes, Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python, Experience with GitHub and database deployment/version control tools such as Redgate SQL Compare, troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have

In this role, you will work closely with R&D developers, application teams, and business stakeholders to support and enhance enterprise database platforms and ETL solutions. You will gain exposure to complex SQL Server environments, cloud technologies, replication architectures, performance optimization, and modern database deployment practices. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, proactive monitoring, and collaboration across agile teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of critical database systems. How will you make an impact? Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade SQL Server database solutions.
