What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree from a Canadian University in the field related to this position OR a recognized College Technical Diploma in the field related to this position, At least 4 years experience in the last 5 years performing the role of a Technical Expert in the field related, Knowledge and experience in designing, developing cloud architecture, networks, storage environment (or transferable skills, technologies) that can build, test, monitor, adjust user data control and access for individuals and platform power users, in activating products, training assets with varying demand levels and periods, Experience deriving functional requirements, Experience designing simulation software, Experience investigating software products for use and integration into Cloud native scenarios, Generated test plans and procedures as well as written test reports, Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and/or Kubernetes, Experience with the Linux command line and shell scripting

Configure content delivery components

Connect Synthetic Training Hub to LRS
Support development of LRS dashboards
Establish and prove data flow
Integrate components for data exchange
Implement xAPI data pipeline
Ensure learning events generate xAPI statements
Verify data semantics
Validate end to end TLA data flow
Perform test scenarios
Data consistency checks
Simulate high volume learner data
Confirm sensitive data handling
Configure and implement Learning Analytics
Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Set up data integration for analytic reporting
Support build of interactive training performance dashboards
Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Coordinate and create UAT test scripts
Prepare the test environment
Support and observe testing
Capture feedback and identify issues
