Zo ondersteunen we hen bij het nemen van beter onderbouwde beslissingen en bouwen we tegelijk aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. Jouw rol Als Cloud Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, borgen en doorontwikkelen van de cloud- en hostingomgeving van Lefebvre Sdu. Je voert regie op externe cloudleveranciers en borgt daarmee een stabiele, veilige, schaalbare en kostenefficiënte cloudinfrastructuur binnen AWS- en Azure-omgevingen. Je schakelt tussen IT Backoffice, DevOps, business, de externe cloudleverancier en andere leveranciers en combineert strategische regie met operationele sturing. Je werkt nauw samen met het interne DevOps-team op het snijvlak van cloudinfrastructuur en applicatieworkloads, en coördineert platform- en architectuuradvies vanuit de externe cloudleverancier. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: * Regie op AWS- en Azure-omgevingen * Aansturing van externe cloud- en werkplekleveranciers * Backup van Werkplek Coördinator * Bewaken van SLA’s, KPI’s, security en compliance * Coördineren van incidenten, changes en verbeterinitiatieven * Beheer van backlog, cloudkosten en optimalisaties * Afstemming met DevOps, IT Backoffice en leveranciers Binnen de kaders van ITIL, ISO 27001 en NIS2 lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige digitale infrastructuur.
