5+ years of experience delivering bioinformatics, computational biology, or scientific AI projects, Experience providing recommendations and support in the development and implementation of AI models and applications in cloud environments, Ability to manage a variety of tasks and establish priorities, Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements, Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud-based services at AWS, GCP, or Azure, Experience with prompt engineering, including with a research or computer science perspective, Experience with open source and private LLM, Experience evaluating new AI technologies and determining their potential impact for customers, Experience developing and implementing best practices and standards for AI development and support, Ability to develop, maintain, and share documentation related to AI applications, Ability to work closely with multi-functional teams, Possession of excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
What You'll Do.
Utilize cloud environments and software
to modernize biomedical research
Provide expertise in creation of resources to guide scientific communities’ use of cloud
Identify needs for workforce development regarding scientific computational and AI use cases
Develop training and tutorial materials
Utilize experience using cloud tools and AI in a research environment
Prepare reference materials such as FAQs or Knowledge Base articles
