What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of [5-7] years of experience practical designing and implementing solutions complex in the main platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Deep knowledge of networks (VPC, peering, DNS, firewalls), storage systems, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and operating systems (Linux/Windows), Experience connecting cloud environments with on-premise systems (hybrid architectures), Understanding of APIs, event buses and integration patterns, Experience in software development, Familiarity with Python, Node/JS, or Java, Familiarity with observability and quality tools (Sonar, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jest, Cypress, Selenium or similar), Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) and CI/CD principles, Practical knowledge of container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift), Solid knowledge of software lifecycle (from design and development to deployment and maintenance), Experience in designing secure architectures, applying 'secure-by-design' principles, Knowledge of regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.
Nice to Have
Professional certifications in any of the public clouds (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert), Previous experience in consulting roles or managed service providers, Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
