What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, Extensive experience designing and governing cloud architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP, Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud platforms, application architectures, and hybrid environments, Professional-level cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP), knowledge of cloud security, networking, identity, and governance, Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders, Fluent spoken and written English, Fluent in German (at least at B1)
Nice to Have
Experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization programmes, understanding of AI-enabled and GenAI cloud architectures, Multi-cloud and hybrid architecture leadership experience, additional languages advantageous depending on location
What You'll Do.
Lead and govern the migration
transformation and design of secure
and cost-efficient cloud platforms across AWS
Set architectural direction and act as design authority for cloud-first
and multi-cloud strategies aligned to business outcomes
regulatory requirements
and digital sovereignty considerations
Define enterprise-scale
cloud-native and AI-ready architectures supporting application platforms
data and AI workloads
and GenAI-enabled use cases
Ensure solutions are resilient
and operationally robust from design through implementation
Lead and assure architecture design across cloud landing zones
Lead cloud transformation initiatives
including migration assessments
and definition of target cloud architectures
Define and govern enterprise cloud architecture standards and reference architecture across AWS
Act as design authority for complex cloud
and multi-cloud initiatives
Lead the design of AI-ready and GenAI-enabled cloud architectures
including secure data platforms and scalable inference patterns
Own cloud transformation assessments
defining target architectures
Apply and enforce Well-Architected
and cost-optimisation principles
Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders
clearly articulating architectural options and trade-offs
Contribute to proposals
and thought leadership within the Cloud & Infrastructure capability
