Must Have
Minimum 4 years IT Service Desk, Cloud Support, or Infrastructure Administration role, Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Hands-on experience with Hyper-V/VMware, Hands-on experience with core networking, Proven ability to manage server operations, Experience with Microsoft Intune, Practical experience with Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Working knowledge of on-prem infrastructure components, Excellent communication skills, Analytical abilities, Troubleshooting abilities, Professional, customer-focused approach
Nice to Have
