As a Cloud Administrator (m/f/d) , you will be a key part of our IT operations and support team, responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient access to our modern workplace and business applications across Germany and Worldwide. We are looking for an experienced administrator with a strong Microsoft cloud background, hands-on experience in endpoint and identity management, and a solid understanding of hybrid IT environments. You will help shape and operate our cloud-first workplace, manage access to SaaS applications, support secure device authentication, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT security posture. #### What is your Day-to-Day Mission: * Administer and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environment, including users, groups, enterprise applications, permissions, and access management. * Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management solutions, including configuration profiles, device enrollment, compliance settings, application deployment, and security baselines for Windows, Mac and Linux. * Support authentication and authorization concepts for users and devices, including MFA, Conditional Access, Windows Hello for Business, certificate-based authentication, and device compliance. * Manage SaaS application access using Entra Single Sign-On, enterprise applications, app registrations, roles, permissions, and lifecycle processes. * Support and optimize cloud application access management across different business platforms, ensuring users receive the right access at the right time. * Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft workplace services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related admin portals. * Contribute to security initiatives such as least privilege access, privileged account management, system hardening, identity protection, endpoint protection, and compliance monitoring. * Analyze and resolve technical issues related to identity, access, endpoint management, device enro
