Full Job Description
We are seeking a Cloud Administrator with hands-on experience in Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining security and performance, and providing basic infrastructure and network administration support. Experience with Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitches, is highly desirable. ### Key Responsibilities * Administer, monitor, and maintain Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments. * Manage cloud resources, virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and security configurations. * Support cloud infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations. * Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and proactively address issues. * Troubleshoot cloud, server, network, and connectivity issues. * Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services. * Configure and support VPN connectivity and network security controls. * Assist in the administration of FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitch infrastructure. * Implement and maintain cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. * Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines. * Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure service reliability and performance. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Banking experience is plus * 3–5 years of experience in cloud administration and infrastructure support. * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud. * Experience managing virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and cloud security services. * Good understanding of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies. * Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing,
