Must Have
proven experience in a specialist sales or overlay role within data, analytics, or enterprise software (including Business Intelligence (BI), data platforms, or AI-driven insights), deep understanding of the public sector landscape in Switzerland and/or Austria, including public procurement processes and frameworks, fluent in German and English and can communicate complex data capabilities as clear, tangible value to senior government stakeholders, thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and have a track record of winning collaboratively across teams
Nice to Have
working proficiency in French, particularly for engagement with Swiss Federal accounts, experience working with local systems integrators or consultancies specializing in Swiss and Austrian public sector markets
