## Accountabilities In this role, you will prepare and validate Closing Disclosures while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all loan closing documentation. Prepare Closing Disclosures using loan origination and closing systems in alignment with loan terms and regulatory requirements Verify property tax, insurance, and third-party fee information to ensure compliance with investor guidelines Review supporting documentation such as title reports and insurance forms for accuracy and consistency Ensure all fees, charges, and borrower cash-to-close calculations are correctly reflected on the Closing Disclosure Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure all required invoices are included in the final settlement Maintain accuracy and timeliness in processing high volumes of closing documentation within strict deadlines Support compliance standards by ensuring adherence to underwriting and investor requirements Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify documentation issues and ensure smooth closing execution Requirements: This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an understanding of mortgage closing processes in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or related field preferred Mortgage, loan processing, or real estate closing experience preferred Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation review and data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities in deadline-driven environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Familiarity with mortgage loan origination or closing systems is a plus Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance Benefits: Competitive hourly compensation: $20/hour + overtime eligibility Month
