POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinician Preference Coordinator I (CPC I) is a part-time, remote role responsible for making all scheduled recruiting lead sourcing calls daily in order to assist production teams. The CPC I contacts new clinician leads and updates provider preferences in our customer relationship management tool, Salesforce. **_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:_** **Lead Sourcing & Salesforce Documentation- 100%** * Make outbound calls to new clinician leads to discuss availability and interest in locums * Assist production teams with lead sourcing assignments and projects * Update and maintain provider preference information in the Salesforce CRM database * Assist area associates and keep management informed of activities and significant issues * Promote the company’s professional image and brand ** _SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)_** * May work on special projects or other duties as assigned ** _SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY_** * Provide positive customer experiences for external clients in alignment with company quality standards ** _QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS_** * High School Diploma or GED with 2-5 years of experience in a rel
