What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or another closely related field, Two (2) years of full-time post master’s behavioral health and human service work experience, Licensed in Arizona by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health with one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Valid Arizona Driver License, Positions in Detention are subject to Tuberculosis (TB) testing, Applicants must pass a thorough background check

What You'll Do.
Conduct professional level one-on-one therapeutic and psychosocial counseling with adolescents
Assist adolescents with skill building
Coordinate treatment planning
Provide crisis evaluations
Conduct crisis intervention assessments
Provide specialized treatment to adolescents
Prepare and conduct group counseling
Produce informative concise notes
Conduct training for probation and detention staff
Coordinate discharge with community providers
