What You'll Do.
Triages medical imaging requests
Develops criteria for triaging
Coordinates patient requests
Schedules inpatient requests
Communicates exams with inpatient units
Communicates exams with Emergency Department
Maintains knowledge of trends
Identifies barriers to delays
Liaises with patient care team
Liaises with program leads
Ensures appropriate utilization of resources
Coordinates scheduling of patients
Develops recommendations for improvement
Provides detailed documentation
Responds to inquiries
Communicates appointment information
Participates as member of team
Ensures timely services
Ensures efficient services
Ensures effective services
Collaborates with Modality Supervisors
Collaborates with Technologists
Collaborates with Radiologists
