What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree (BAS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications, Research Nurse or CRA experience is required, 1–2 years of prior relevant experience, Prior experience in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and/or Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (IPF/PAH) is a must, High flexibility to travel (internationally, if needed), Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English, Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight, Ability to coordinate and complete activities across multiple functions, Solutions-based approach to problem-solving, Positive, can-do attitude, customer service orientation, Collaborative mindset and team player, Demonstrates empathy and awareness of cultural differences, Upholds the values of IQVIA and the CTE group
What You'll Do.
Develop study-specific action plans to accelerate recruitment
Support study-specific procedure training
Provide education to healthcare professionals
Reinforce study protocols
Partner with referral networks
Maintain and analyze customer records
Customize strategies to maximize pre-screening
Complete internal electronic reporting
Organize and hold group events
Manage objections raised
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge
