Active clinical licensure, 3+ years clinical practice experience, Direct experience with eCQM, Experience with Epic EHR

Background in healthcare technology, Experience in ACO, Embedded client-facing role, Knowledge of quality incentive payment structures, New Jersey network familiarity
What You'll Do.
Lead eCQM workflow sessions
Translate quality measure requirements
Monitor quality gap closure rates
Identify sites at risk
Coordinate gap closure campaigns
Validate eCQM measure logic
Conduct InNote workflow assessments
Design site-specific training
Deliver workflow integration sessions
Identify workflow friction points
Track InNote utilization
Represent InNote to staff
Map current-state workflows
Redesign workflows collaboratively
Develop site-specific SOPs
Develop clinical tip sheets
Develop workflow guides
Lead change management initiatives
Build internal champions
Facilitate clinical performance reviews
Track weekly performance
Report on eCQM readiness
Report on InNote utilization
Report on quality gap closure
Identify underperforming sites
Escalate with interventions
Contribute to outcome reports
Serve as primary clinical voice
Coordinate with Data Acquisition
Partner with CSD teams
Maintain alignment on status
Surface platform gaps
Surface workflow friction points
Document clinical program configurations
Document protocol decisions
Document workflow designs
