What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Master's Degree or higher in Social Work or related field, Current Utah State Licensure as LCSW, CMHC

Nice to Have

Extensive knowledge of developing and implementing IOP services, Understanding and use different treatment modalities with skill set in Substance Abuse, CBT, DBT, Treatment Planning, psychoeducation, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing

What You'll Do.

Perform psychosocial assessments

Develop and implement plans of care

Assess crisis situations

Provide family and individual treatment

Assess patient's medical history

Diagnose and treat disorders

Develop a plan of care

Provide treatment based on patient need

Refer patients to other services

Document pertinent information

Develop a discharge plan

Provide psychological testing

Comply with standards

Provide care within scope
