Must Have
Registered Nurse with active NMC registration, clinical experience with evidence of leading shifts or teams, Experience supporting quality improvement, incident management and change, Experience within outpatient/diagnostic or multi-specialty services, Excellent communication, organisational and influencing skills, Confident user of Microsoft 365
Nice to Have
Leadership qualification or working towards one, Experience developing protocols, supporting training or contributing to research

Coordinate secondary care clinical areas; Support staffing, shift leadership and service continuity alongside the Clinical Unit Manager; Manage and support staff through challenging situations, complaints and complex clinical scenarios; Coach, mentor and support the development of junior team members, fostering an inclusive and supportive culture
