2+ years healthcare IT, 2+ years EHR support, 2+ years clinical training, 2+ years workflow optimization, Assess and redesign workflows, Deliver training across systems, Develop end-user documentation, Develop workflow maps, Develop training materials, Manage competing priorities, Travel to practice sites
Nice to Have
Associate's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred, Clinical background preferred, Experience with major EHR, Familiarity with primary care, Familiarity with multi-site environments, Knowledge of HIPAA, Knowledge of healthcare data privacy
