Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (COAMFTE accredited) or a related field., Two years post graduate experience in community mental health, private practice, or other related clinical experience including therapy services and program management., Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (or eligible in Texas by hire), Eligibility or Status as an AAMFT Approved Supervisor/ AAMFT Approved Supervisor-in-Training.

What You'll Do.
Competent in providing clinical supervision to graduate students (in person and tele-health) on campus in the training clinic.
Performs duties for field experience coordination related to external sitework for clinical internships for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program (CACREP accredited) and Marriage and Family Therapy program (COAMFTE accredited).
Provides daily and weekly clinical supervision and guidance to teams of counselors and therapists in training.

**Job Title** Clinical Supervisor & Field Experience Coordinator **Agency** Texas A&M University - Central Texas **Department** College Of Education and Human Development **Proposed Minimum Salary** $5,666.67 monthly **Job Location** Killeen, Texas **Job Type** Staff **Job Description** The Clinical Supervisor/Field Experience Coordinator will work as a clinical supervisor in the on-site departmental training clinic at Texas A&M University- Central Texas (Community Counseling Family Therapy Center). Additionally, this position performs duties for field experience coordination related to external sitework for clinical internships for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program (CACREP accredited) and Marriage and Family Therapy program (COAMFTE accredited). _**A Presidential Proclamation issued on September 19, 2025, imposes a $100,000 fee on all new H‑1B petitions filed after September 21, 2025, and Texas A &M University–Central Texas will not pay this fee.
