Must Have
Master's degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required, Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required, Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required, Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Oversee clinical aspects of patient treatment
Assess and analyze patient skills and behaviors
Develop and maintain treatment plans
Oversee treatment implementation
Train caregivers and technicians
Summarize and analyze patient data
Update treatment plans monthly
Fulfill billable hours requirement
Communicate treatment response to stakeholders
Coordinate care with other professionals
Administer and score standardized assessments
Maintain documentation
Ensure HIPAA compliance
