Eligibility Requirements

Must pass tuberculosis test, Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance, Work in a variety of settings (center, patient home, school, community, telehealth), Work with a variety of patients, Physical ability to work with patients on the floor, in small chairs, and move frequently, Ability to position oneself to participate and respond to patient movements, Ability to utilize continuous visual tracking, Ability to evade aggressive behaviors and/or physically block attempts to aggress, Ability to bear weight of a patient, Ability to teach patients to use vocal speech, Ability to articulate sound and model speaking clearly, Ability to listen to and shape vocal communication, Ability to use modeling to teach gross and fine motor skills, Work in indoor and outdoor settings in various weather conditions, Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Nice to Have

Experience with Epic, Experience with Cerner, Experience with Meditech, Experience with Allscripts, Experience with McKesson, Experience with athenahealth, Experience with PACS, Experience with LIS, Experience with RIS

What You'll Do.

Oversee clinical aspects of patient treatment

Assess patient skills and behaviors

Develop treatment plans

Oversee treatment implementation

Train behavioral technicians

Coach behavioral technicians

Summarize and analyze patient data

Update treatment plans monthly

Fulfill billable hours

Communicate treatment response to stakeholders

Coordinate care with other professionals

Administer standardized assessments

Include caregiver as part of treatment team

Stay up to date on ABA best practices

Maintain documentation
