About the Role: The Clinical Supervisor serves as an experienced and collaborative leader within Clinical Operations, working in partnership with the Manager of Clinical Operations, Market Leadership, licensed providers, and Tuesday Health clinicians. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered supportive care designed to improve the quality of life for patients and families while reducing avoidable medical utilization during the final years of life. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to field-based clinical staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, policies, and procedures Coordinate and oversee patient care activities, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction Manage staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care across assigned territories Facilitate and support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development, promoting adherence to evidence-based practices and value-based care principles Address patient and family concerns promptly and effectively, advocating for quality care and service excellence Monitor key performance metrics, clinical quality indicators, and operational goals; implement targeted improvement initiatives as needed Activ
