Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university, Five (5) years of experience in the mental health field, providing direct clinical care, Licensed as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, two (2) years post-licensure experience, ability to provide Clinical Supervision to BBS-registered associates, Valid California Driver’s License, eligibility to meet agency driving criteria

Two (2) years of leadership experience, Experience providing services to youth and families, Experience working with county mental health, child welfare, or juvenile probation systems and services, LCSW licensure
What You'll Do.
Hire and train staff to provide services to adolescents and transitional-age youth
Provides ongoing training
and evaluation of team members’ performance
Ensures adherence to BBS requirements when providing clinical supervision to appropriate intern/associate staff
Uses in vivo supervision as appropriate
Supports team members
through participation at client team meetings
and supervision to mental health clinicians
Reviews documentation and completes required documentation by regulatory bodies
Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with other county agencies
health care facilities
Reviews and approves all clinical documentation in and outside the electronic medical record to ensure compliance with all requirements and standards
Attends meetings with county and community partners

Team & Collaboration
participation at client team meetings, including Treatment Teams, Family Therapy sessions; Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with other county agencies, health care facilities, cultural centers, placement centers, and other resources necessary to affect the continuum of care for clients in the community; Attends meetings with county and community partners
