support the complete Vessel Closure portfolio
identify their clinical needs
and constraints related to patient care
discuss and demonstrate how Vascular products can help them to achieve their goals
develop relationships with hospital
make new contacts in hospital
identify key decision makers
primary resource for clinical support in case coverage
in-service education for company products
educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products
giving presentations and demonstrations
attend clinical procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab
Interventional Radiology Lab
ensure customer and patient success with Vascular products
respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service
develop creative and feasible solutions
working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions
support the broader Region as needed with case support
