What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 3+ years experience, Senior Housing or long term care experience, Active RN/LPN license, Ability to work multi-task

Nice to Have

Multi-State License may be required

What You'll Do.

Oversee/assist with delivery of care

Ensure residents are at appropriate levels of care

Develop/monitor documentation systems

Ensure regulatory timeframes are met

Review and monitor survey readiness/PSR binder

Verify Community compliance

Complete mock surveys

Assess potential residents

Assist with onboarding of New ALD’s/Community Team members

Plan and schedule staff training programs

Assist with oversight of clinical operations

Work closely with operations and clinical staff

Ensure care provided exceeds operational standards

Ensure care is in compliance with regulations

Strive to maintain a safe working environment
