What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience, Clinical Licensure (RN, PT, OT, ST)
Nice to Have
Experience in Case Management (Transition of Care, Population Health, Utilization Review)
What You'll Do.
Consult with clients and account owners to analyze clinical solutions and adoption
Collaborate with internal teams to leverage data models
Provide clinical support to client-facing teams
Track client engagement and impact of workflow improvements
Monitor client utilization and system optimization
Engage with clients to improve outcomes and value
Maintain regular meeting cadences with client success account owners
Assist in identifying and attending client engagement opportunities
