Bachelor degree in Nursing, Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing, Texas RN License, Minimum of five years relevant work experience, project leadership experience, quality management, project management, patient safety
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in healthcare related field, Current certification in performance improvement Certification as LSSBB, PMP, MHS Silver Fellow, CPHQ, CPPS, or equivalent required within 18 months of hire

deploy and diffuse improvement initiatives
