Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Review and quality-check clinical rating scales used in CNS clinical trials to ensure standardized and reliable data collection. Evaluate rater performance through live or recorded assessments, providing structured feedback on scoring methodology and interview technique. Conduct direct assessments or remote evaluations with clinical trial participants using validated psychiatric instruments. Prepare thoroughly for rater discussions by analyzing case data and ensuring all relevant documentation and scale criteria are reviewed. Participate in training, calibration, and orientation sessions to ensure consistency in assessment standards across studies. Document all interactions, evaluations, and findings accurately and submit required reports within defined timelines. Support functional assessment of rater performance and contribute to communication and training material development. Requirements: Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Psychiatry, Counseling, Nursing, Social Work, or related clinical discipline. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with schizophrenia and/or major depressive disorder populations. At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, including tools such as PANSS. Strong understanding of CNS clinical trials and experience in clinical research environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills with advanced proficiency in English. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to apply standardized assessment methodologies. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and globally distributed environment. High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clinical raters and participants.
