If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you. **Position Summary** Clinical Science Liaison (CSL) is a senior clinical leader responsible for delivering subject matter expertise that drives provider engagement, supports commercial strategy, and enables successful drug launches across oncology, rare disease, and cell and gene therapy. This is a highly visible, field-based role that partners cross-functionally with business development, marketing, operations, and provider-facing teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and impactful clinical communication. The Clinical Science Liaison also leads key initiatives in education, advocacy engagement, and clinical content strategy, serving as a trusted expert to both internal stakeholders and external providers. **Location:** Remote (U.S.-based); must reside within 30 minutes of a major airport.
