Ability to travel up to 50%, work nights and weekends as needed, Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to the Winnipeg, MB Area, proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of sales experience, 2+ years in healthcare sales, Ability to travel up to 50%, work nights and weekends as needed, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the Operating Room environment, Proven record of success, Ambition and exceptional work ethic, Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive communication skills, Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
What You'll Do.
Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy
Mentor surgical teams through training sessions
Be a da Vinci® Surgery resource
Support regional Sales and Marketing events
Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan
Drive continuous expansion of the user base
Drive the sales of instruments and accessories
Mentor new team members
Responsibly manage administrative tasks
