Lead Trexo’s growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland; Build Trexo’s presence within clinics, rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy practices, and healthcare institutions; Develop professional partnerships; Drive clinical adoption; Manage institutional sales opportunities; Establish market presence; Create scalable referral and sales channels; Meet or exceed territory sales targets

Eligibility Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 50% across Germany and periodically within Austria and Switzerland, Valid driver’s license, No visa sponsorship or work authorization support

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Degree or formal training in Physiotherapy, 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or clinical account management within medical devices, rehabilitation technology, physiotherapy, or healthcare, Understanding of rehabilitation, gait training, or assistive technologies, Proven success in B2B or institutional healthcare sales, Experience selling into clinics, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers, Fluency in German and English (spoken and written), Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills, Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, Comfortable working independently in a startup or high-growth environment, Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent), Willingness to travel up to 50% across Germany and periodically within Austria and Switzerland, Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have

Experience in pediatric physiotherapy or neurorehabilitation, Familiarity with DACH reimbursement, procurement, or healthcare funding structures, Existing network within physiotherapy or rehabilitation communities in Germany, Experience launching or expanding healthcare products in new territories, Trade show, conference, or clinical education experience

What You'll Do.

Drive sales growth across the DACH region

with an initial focus on North Rhine-Westphalia

Build and manage relationships with physiotherapy clinics

pediatric rehabilitation centers

and other healthcare providers

Lead the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demonstrations

Educate physiotherapists

and rehabilitation teams on Trexo’s clinical value and implementation

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with leading rehabilitation institutions and key opinion leaders

Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for clinics and professional partners

Support clinics in evaluating Trexo for patient populations and operational integration

Collaborate with Marketing to generate and convert leads from conferences

Represent Trexo at trade shows

physiotherapy congresses

and pediatric rehabilitation events across Germany

Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and consistently meet or exceed territory sales targets

Provide market insights on reimbursement

and customer barriers
