The Role: Clinical Sales Representative This is a relationship-first role built for nurses who are ready to take their clinical expertise beyond the bedside. You do not need to be a seasoned sales professional. What you do need is a genuine passion for wound care, the confidence to walk into a room and build trust quickly, and the heart to advocate for patients and facilities who need our services most. We will provide full training and ongoing support to set you up for success from day one. Key Responsibilities SNF Partnership Development: Build meaningful relationships with skilled nursing facility administrators, directors of nursing, and regional leaders to introduce and grow Skilled Wound Care's physician-led model Clinical Conversations: Use your nursing background to speak confidently about wound care outcomes, treatment protocols, and the clinical and financial value our services bring to SNF partners Territory Development: Identify high-potential skilled nursing facilities in your region and thoughtfully prioritize outreach based on clinical need and partnership fit Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with SNF partners built on trust, clinical credibility, and consistent follow-through Operational Collaboration: Work closely with our physician team to ensure a smooth transition from
