What You'll Do.

Perform a range of study coordination activities

Recruit study participants by identifying and screening potential subjects

Obtain informed consent

Coordinate patient visit scheduling

Administer study questionnaires

Oversee correlative sample collection in accordance with study protocols

Support research projects within the disease site

Responsible for accurate source documentation in UHN’s electronic medical record (Epic)

Responsible for data collection in compliance with UHN policies

and coordinate data entry (e.g.

in databases or case report forms)

Manage study-related administrative tasks

Maintain investigator study files

Contribute to non-interventional protocol development

Prepare ethics submissions

Coordinate day-to-day clinical study activities

Maintain accurate study documentation

and tracking of research samples

Support investigators

and trainees with study-related activities

Prepare and maintain regulatory and administrative documents

Assist with protocol development for non-interventional studies

Contribute to study start-up and close-out activities

Coordinate and facilitate study meetings

Ensure timely communication among research team members
