1-year working experience, Bilingual in Spanish, Working knowledge medical terminology, Working knowledge research terminology, Working knowledge federal regulations, Working knowledge Good Clinical Practices, Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, Phlebotomy Experience Required, Phlebotomy Proficiency Required
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Understand and follow SOPs
Participate in recruitment events
Assist with outreach materials
Identify potential participants
Review medical records
Review subject database
Assist with recruitment
Conduct phone screenings
Request medical records
Schedule visits with participants
Contact with reminders
Obtain informed consent
Complete visit procedures
Enter data in real time
Request study participant payments
Update internal trackers
Update online recruitment systems
Assist with query resolution
Assist with administrative tasks
Assist with maintaining site logs
Assist with inventory
Maintain adherence FDA regulations
Maintain adherence ICH guidelines
Maintain effective relationships
