Weekdays 8-5pm The Clinical Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy to patients who are recovering from an eating disorder, including educating patients and families on meal plans and nutritional needs. Essential duties and responsibilities: Provides medical nutrition therapy to patients with eating disorders by assessing nutritional status, establishing a meal plan necessary to improve nutritional status and evaluating patient's response to the plan Provides individualized nutrition counseling and education to patients and/or families to establish and achieve nutritional goals Completes documentation of
