About the Role Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Recruitment, we’re seeking 2-3 Full-Cycle Recruiters who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to help us grow our network of exceptional clinicians. You’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end — from sourcing and outreach to interviewing and offer coordination — with a focus on building strong, lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, highly organized, and energized by the challenge of finding and engaging top-tier clinical talent. You should feel confident navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and adapting quickly as needs evolve. Experience staffing clinicians (Speech Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, LCSW, and Occupational Therapists) virtually in schools is a huge plus!!
