Some challenges you get to solve - Help us expand into new states - Be part of building our employment brand to be known as THE PLACE to work if you are a mobile or virtual clinician Role Responsibilities - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for both clinical and operations roles, in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. - Manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously across clinical and operations functions, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience. - Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications, skills, and overall fit for roles. - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and operations candidates to understand career goals, preferences, and availability, enabling long-term pipeline development. - Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination, ensuring operational efficiency and consist
