CLINICAL RECRUITER WHO WE ARE General Medicine is a national, tech-enabled medical group delivering comprehensive adult care through telemedicine. Founded by the innovators behind PillPack (acquired by Amazon Health), our mission is to make accessing care as seamless as shopping online. We are an early-stage startup — we move fast, build with intention, and need team members excited to shape the future of care delivery from the ground up. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Clinical Recruiter to support hiring across our clinical organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role where you will own requisitions from intake through offer for our Physician team. You will work closely with hiring managers and our Senior Clinical Recruiter to build strong Physician pipelines, keep candidates moving, and deliver a great experience at every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and energized by sourcing, not just waiting for applications to roll in. You should be comfortable managing multiple roles at once and excited to grow your skills in a fast-paced telehealth environment. Prior experience recruiting Physicians is required.
