What They're Looking For.
Must Have
RN healthcare administration or clinical operations experience preferred, Experience in healthcare quality, compliance, clinical operations, education, or program management, Knowledge of immunization programs, EMRs, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Multi-state healthcare operations, Vaccine or immunization program management, Long-term care, senior living, or onsite healthcare services, Audit, accreditation, or compliance support, Experience developing workflows, policies, and training materials preferred
What You'll Do.
Lead and support clinical quality
and risk management initiatives across the organization
Develop and maintain standardized onboarding
and competency programs for clinical staff
Oversee quality assurance activities including documentation audits
corrective action planning
and continuous improvement initiatives
Support regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with HIPAA
and customer requirements
Manage registry and EMR governance
including access oversight
documentation integrity
and workflow standardization
Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends
and provide actionable insights to leadership
Partner with operations and clinical leadership on vaccine program implementation
and operational readiness
Assist with policy development
