## Accountabilities Lead the CRM analytics roadmap for Design In initiatives, ensuring alignment with clinical program strategy and integration of Salesforce with external molecule and clinical datasets. Design and implement AI-driven tools and analytics solutions that enhance molecule tracking, lifecycle visibility, and workflow automation. Oversee the full solution lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization of scalable data intelligence platforms. Serve as the primary liaison with external analytics, data, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions. Deliver monthly performance and policy deployment reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making. Drive continuous improvement in data-driven workflows to enhance efficiency, operational performance, and specification win outcomes. Partner with cross-functional teams across clinical, commercial, and technical functions to ensure alignment of data strategy with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Strong experience with Salesforce, CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein), SQL, and modern data platforms and tools. Demonstrated ability to design and execute large-scale CRM and analytics strategies supporting complex workflows and automation. Experience applying AI/ML tools and translating outputs into actionable business and clinical insights. Strong understanding of data integration, reporting systems, and analytics-driven decision support in complex environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across global, matrixed organizations. Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, building and optimizing data solutions directly when needed.
