Must Have
Pharm. D. Degree with >4 to 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital or clinical pharmacy setting OR Completion of a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency, Currently licensed or registered to practice pharmacy in Louisiana
Nice to Have
PGY-2 Residency preferred in a specialty area, Board Certification in applicable specialty area strongly preferred

Initiate development of clinical pharmacy services

Facilitate development of treatment guidelines
Facilitate implementation of treatment guidelines
