We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our expansion into the West Midlands with the clinic opening imminently. This is a hands-on, patient-focused role. You will prescribe and review cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex clinical needs, delivering safe, effective and personalised treatment across a wide range of conditions. Collaboration is central to how we work. You will be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, contributing to outstanding patient outcomes, clinical pathway development, education initiatives and service improvements. It is a genuine opportunity to grow your expertise and make a lasting impact in a fast-evolving specialty.   This is a hybrid role with three days on site and two days remotely with 1 weekend shift per month (Saturday or Sunday).
